Realtors say “A 3 bedroom, two bath, wood cabin for 150k; I could sell them all day”
I say “show me the money and I can deliver the cabins” built two Boone houses since May. I believe I can give an investor 50k per house 2-3 times a year with minimal exposure. Willing to bet my house on it.
